Delete Your HealthPilot Account

1. Open HealthPilot and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings, then find the Account section.
3. Choose Delete Account and complete both confirmation prompts.

This deletes the Firebase account and HealthPilot cloud records associated with that account, then clears HealthPilot health records stored locally on that device.

Email us from the address associated with your account at flightcrew@pilotsuite.design with the subject HealthPilot account deletion. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

We delete the HealthPilot authentication account and cloud wellness records associated with it. Records stored only in another browser or device must be cleared on that device or through its browser storage controls.

We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, support, tax, dispute, or legal-compliance records where required or reasonably necessary. Deleting an account does not itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

To stop future charges, cancel HealthPilot Pro through the same Apple App Store, Google Play, or web billing account used to purchase it. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
