Terms of Service
Effective July 16, 2026 · HealthPilot is operated by PilotSuite LLC.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PilotSuite LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the HealthPilot website, web app, mobile app, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.What HealthPilot provides
HealthPilot is a consumer wellness organizer that helps you record and review self-reported information such as symptoms, habits, meals, medications, goals, and general wellness patterns. Some features may create charts, summaries, printable reports, or AI-generated observations from information you provide.
2.Not medical care
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of information you enter and for deciding whether and how to use any chart, summary, reminder, educational material, or AI output.
3.Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Provide accurate account information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect you, other users, or the Service.
4.Free and paid features
HealthPilot offers free local features and optional HealthPilot Pro features. The features included in each tier may evolve over time. A valid premium entitlement is required for paid features, and you may not bypass or interfere with subscription or access controls.
5.Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
HealthPilot Pro may be offered monthly or annually at the price shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply. Purchases may be processed by Stripe, Apple, or another disclosed billing provider.
You can cancel through the subscription-management option associated with the platform where you purchased. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the end of the paid billing period. Except where required by law or the applicable platform's rules, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial periods.
6.Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of the records, notes, and other content you enter. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service and the features you request.
You are responsible for having the right to enter any information you submit. Avoid entering information about another person unless you have lawful authority and their appropriate permission.
7.AI-generated features
AI-generated observations may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your situation. They identify possible patterns in limited self-reported data; they do not establish causation and are not medical advice. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
8.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to harm, harass, exploit, or deceive another person;
- access another person's account or health information without authorization;
- circumvent payment, entitlement, rate-limit, or security controls;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service or its APIs except where law expressly permits;
- upload malicious code or use automated systems in a way that burdens the Service; or
- represent HealthPilot output as a professional diagnosis, prescription, or medical record.
9.Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for functions such as authentication, hosting, cloud storage, subscriptions, payments, and AI processing. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10.Service availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the Service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device. You are responsible for maintaining any separate records or backups you need for medical visits, medication management, or other important purposes.
11.Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any reminder, insight, chart, educational material, or report will be accurate or appropriate for a health decision.
12.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PilotSuite LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from or related to the Service, even if advised that such damages are possible.
Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that event, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13.Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create a security or legal risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law—will survive.
14.Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes not eligible for small-claims court, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
